Hi, I’m Alexa Hauser — an International Business & Marketing graduate who’s driven by a deep curiosity about people, culture, and the stories behind the way we make decisions. My passion for global marketing began when I studied abroad in Madrid, an experience that completely shifted my worldview. Since then, I’ve traveled through 10+ countries, explored new perspectives, and learned how cultural context shapes everything from communication to consumer behavior.

My journey hasn’t been effortless — I funded my travels through multiple jobs, full course loads, and my own small business, Rings By Alexa. These experiences taught me resilience, independence, and how to pursue big goals with intention. More importantly, they shaped my belief that marketing works best when it’s human, culturally aware, and grounded in genuine understanding.

Today, I’m excited to bring my global mindset, creativity, and people-centered approach into roles that value curiosity, collaboration, and thoughtful storytelling.

What I’ve Learned

While exploring the Andalusia region of Spain, I immersed myself in local life, learned from people of diverse backgrounds, and saw firsthand how regional identity impacts decision-making. These insights didn’t stay in my notebook—they translated into my marketing mindset: segmenting audiences by culture, adapting brand messaging to local norms, and crafting communications that resonate across borders.

My work on Ring By Alexa, the handmade jewelry brand I launched in 2020, further sharpened my practical skills. I handled everything from branding and product design to content creation, social media engagement and customer experience. In running the business I learned how to translate brand vision into visuals, build an engaged community, and measure what matters.

What I’m Looking For

I’m looking for a role where curiosity isn’t just welcomed — it’s part of the work. I’m especially drawn to opportunities that let me explore people, culture, and the “why” behind their choices. Whether it’s consumer insights, brand storytelling, or culturally aware marketing, I want to be somewhere I can help translate human behavior into meaningful ideas.
